All sessions are led by qualified instructors, are free
 and last around 30-45minutes.
Sessions feature a welcome/introduction, warm up
 and cool down with time for virtual socialising at
 the end.
It doesn&#x27;t matter if you haven&#x27;t exercised for a
 while although please seek advice from your GP or
 healthcare professional if you have any health
 related concerns before taking part.
