No, sharing is completely optional. This is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can simply listen, reflect, and take in what you need.

Yes! This is a completely free offering created by survivors, for survivors. No payment or donation is required to attend.

How do I attend?

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and instructions to join. You can attend on your phone, tablet, or computer.

What if I can’t make both sessions?

You only need to attend one session—choose the date and time that works best for you. If you’re unsure which works, you can select both when registering.
