Astrological Moon Series

Many of us are used to the idea of a moon cycle lasting a month, or about 29 days. But each moon cycles through a particular astrological sign every 6 months, from New Moon to Full Moon, then back again. The last Full Moon in Leo took place on February 12, 2025. On July 24, 2025 we will return to the New Moon in this same sign. What have you let go of during these months? What do you want to develop as we move through to the next phase? July’s New Moon opens us to authentic self-expression, urging us to have the courage to share our true self to the world. This requires us to confront the fears and old wounds that inhibit our ability to shine fully as ourselves. How do you honor your individuality? How can you reclaim your power to live authentically? During this event we will set intentions for finding new, or continuing existing, forms of self-expression. The group will be led through a deep yoga nidra meditation designed to allow these intentions to sink into the depths of our subconscious and become habitual ways of interacting with the world. Light movement will also be incorporated to help find our inner strength and resilience.It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, a journal, and anything you may want for meditation. We will enjoy some light refreshments at the end of the event, you’re welcome to bring something to share, but please don’t feel obligated!
