Astrological Moon Series

Many of us are used to the idea of a moon cycle lasting a month, or about 29 days. But each moon cycles through a particular astrological sign every 6 months, from New Moon to Full Moon, then back again. For example, the last Full Moon in Cancer took place on January 13, 2025. On June 25, 2025 we will return to the New Moon in this same sign. What have you let go of during these six months? What do you want to develop as we move through to the next phase? This month’s New Moon invites us to check in with our self-care, as well as how we nurture others. We are challenged to address any blockages in our emotional realm that disallow us from being truly vulnerable and emotionally honest. How can we find strength and resilience in our openness? What holds us back from embracing our emotional selves? This event will feature journaling and reflection on our emotional domain, self-care, and vulnerability, followed by intention building and candle magic to bring our purpose to fruition. Depending on the feelings of the group, we may add in some gentle movement and/or meditation to ground ourselves during turbulent times. It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, a journal, and anything you may want for meditation. We will enjoy some light refreshments at the end of the event, you’re welcome to bring something to share, but please don’t feel obligated!
