Are children allowed?

Yes! We encourage you to bring your nursing babies, your toddlers, and your well-behaved older children. The aim of this conference is to make CE accessible for parents. Attendees can expect babies cooing and sometimes crying. Plan accordingly. There are many extra hands to help.

Is food provided?

Breakfast is provided all 3 days of lectures, and lunch is provided on day 1 and 2 of the conference. On the third day, we dismiss at lunchtime.

Due to the small nature of our conference and insurance requirements, we do not have childcare available. But children are welcome in lectures.

What social and networking events are happening?

We will have a dinner and games evening on Friday night at the Well-Played Board Game Cafe. Drinks, dinner, and games will be included for attendees and families (but must RSVP!).

Refunds are available up till 30 days prior to the event. You can request through Eventbrite.

Is there a hotel block?

There will be a hotel block reserved at the AC Crown Plaza. There is no shuttle from the hotel to the venue but many willing carpoolers/drivers.

Is there a place to nurse or pump if needed?

Mothers are welcome to use a room upstairs for privacy, but they are also welcome to nurse and pump in the main hall, as they are comfortable.

Why is RACE approval pending?

Accepted Answer

RACE approval is a multistep process that can only be started once all speakers and topics are identified and lined-up. We have received RACE approval for all 6 previous conferences. Once RACE approval is submitted and approved, we will update. The pending is a formality.
