Expect traditional dances like Marinera, Huayno, Festejo, and more performed by local Peruvian dance groups.

What types of Peruvian food will be available?

There will be authentic traditional dishes from elite Peruvian chefs! Dishes may include ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos, ají de gallina, causa, fun Peruvian desserts and much more! Don't forget our "chancho al palo" spit-roasted pork. Vegetarian options will be limited but available.
