<p>We humans are really amazing at keeping ourselves busy, but do you know one of the secrets of Italian culture? They practice something they (and Eat, Pray, Love) have talked about as &quot;dolce far niente&quot; or the sweetness of doing nothing. It&#x27;s those moments in life where we stop doing and we just do... nothing. </p><p>Together we&#x27;ll travel to Italy (virtually) and discover what it means to dolce far niente and how we can bring the concept into our everyday lives! </p>
