Lunch + Learns at Union + Co Coworking, Private Office, Artist Studio, and Flex Event space are free and open to the public. Join us for a variety of short (45- 50 min), professional + personal development topics with local experts. BYO lunch!

<p>Take a midday break and join Alice MacDonald for an Embodying Mindfulness session. In this session we will look at ways to integrate mindful moments into your daily life that will allow you to connect to an easier balance, a sense of flow, and your body-mind relationship. We will begin with a short guided awareness practice followed by an introduction to practice mindfulness while sitting, standing, and walking. This session provides a space for you to rest, reset, and renew your energy! </p>

Alice MacDonald is an AmSAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher based in Bath, ME and Brooklyn, NY. She is passionate about helping people build awareness around how they can use and connect with their bodies in everyday activities. The Alexander Technique provides a process for increasing the awareness of ourselves in order to create change that can allow for an improved state of balance, ease, and flow. This process allows us to practice being in the present moment more and more of the time. You can find Alice teaching private and group sessions in New York City, Southern Maine, and online.
