Envision and Planning Monthly Workshop: 
A healing circle for Womxn

Mark your calendars because on Saturday, January 30 at 11 am est., we are gathering together for an incredibly engaging monthly workshop and healing circle. What is a healing circle: A healing circle is a facilitated time for those that feel compelled to share a story without fear or judgement. No one will be giving advice, it is just a moment of reflection for the month of January. I’m sure we could all use some moments of reflection. We will also be releasing, rebuilding and reimagining our monthly plan for February.Who this workshop is for: This is a brave space of intentional inclusivity and fierce belonging so wherever you fit in the intersection of being a womxn, you belong. Are you a womxn of color, are you older, younger, womxn-identifying? Join us, we welcome you. What you need to bring: something to write on, something to write with, and something to hope for. Everything else will be provided. Oh and some grace because we could all use continuing to thrive in 2021. About our organizer: The Way We Work, we are a human-centered consultancy focused on organizational culture change. We focus on co-creating spaces for intersectional inclusion and belonging. We strive to inspire the culture-driven leader.

Jessy Santana (she/her) is a mother, wife and creative. An international speaker and author, she focuses on Identity and Organizational Culture and Change consulting with her newfound venture, The Way We Work, a platform that seeks to co-create brave spaces of intentional inclusivity and fierce belonging with innovative companies to create the #futureofwork.
