Yes, light refreshments will be provided during the event.

Is the ticket refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable. This is a nonprofit event. All ticket proceeds will be used for venue rental and refreshments. The remaining funds will be donated to BranchOut!, a nonprofit youth organization, to support its ongoing youth programs that benefit the community.

Can I get the recordings if I cannot attend the event?

Unfortunately, recordings of the event will not be provided, so we encourage you to attend in person.

Question 4

Some sessions run at the same time. What if I’m interested in both?

Accepted Answer

We recommend attending the session that best suits your needs. For families attending together, you may participate in different sessions and share notes afterward.

Question 5

Does my child need to purchase a ticket?

Accepted Answer

If your child is 15 or older, they will need to purchase an individual ticket.

Question 6

What if I want to participate online?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all! You're very welcome to join us virtually by purchasing an online ticket. We'll send you the Zoom link via email before June 7 so you can attend the conference remotely.

What language will the workshops be in?

All presentations will be conducted in English. If you are unable to speak English but would like to ask questions during the Q&A portion in Chinese, we would be happy to provide you with support.
