<p>This spirit is synonymous with the margarita, but what of that aisle full of different-looking bottles? The diversity of production means there's so much more to tequila than you might think. The silver or plata is unaged, clear and refreshing -- and there are many other aging processes and methods behind the spirit made from blue agave. Jasmine will walk through the different types of tequila, how they are distilled and their distinct flavor profiles. Expect a few how-tos on cocktails using silver, reposado and añejo tequilas. And, of course, a shopping list for your home bar.</p>
