Celebrate The Rialto Theatre’s 10th Anniversary &amp; Mental Health Awareness Month Join us for a FREE Music &amp; Movement Workshop presented by The Summit FM (91.3) Wellness Program and Trust Drum Circles open to all!Experience the healing power of music, rhythm, and gentle movement in this uplifting session featuring: • Live music from acclaimed guitarist Marc Lee Shannon • A beginner-friendly drum circle led by Maseh Nchang of Trust Drum Circles • Gentle, chair-based yoga guided by licensed therapist and Summit FM Wellness Coordinator Sarah SwirskyMarc’s soulful guitar sets a calming tone, while Maseh brings energizing rhythm for well-being.
