The Sales Hike is a 4-session program that is ideal for:<ul><li>Individuals who are new to sales (first two years in the position generally). This individual may be new to the workforce generally or may simply be new to the world of sales specifically after a career switch.</li><li>Individuals who are not sales professionals but who occasionally must utilize sales skills and sales conversations in order to convince internal stakeholders or external prospects/clients to support a project, an idea or a solution.</li><li>Individuals who do not necessarily sell but find themselves having lengthy discussions with clients, trying to understand and provide solutions to complex problems, in functions such as customer success, post-sale service, client and account relations.</li><li>Seasoned salespeople who would benefit from revisiting content, would like to be in a safe and reflective space with colleagues and acquire some self-awareness or fresh fundamental methodologies and mindsets</li><li>Although individuals may take this course, it may be more closely targeted towards medium-sized companies and larger corporations who would use this as a semi-onboarding training course for entire cohorts of new sales/customer service hires.</li></ul>OVERVIEW<ul><li>It is a program that consists of two assessment and four content modules</li><li>It is an introductory course intended for new salespeople and individuals related to sales.</li><li>You’ll focus on the mindsets that great sellers possess facing adversity, especially in front of rejection and objections.</li><li>You’ll unveil the secrets of a good elevator pitch and a winner sales presentation that prompts an action</li><li>You’ll fall in love with the craft.</li></ul>BETA TRAINING<ul><li>As our world-class content gets close to being released, we’d like your feedback in the last iterations.</li></ul><ul><li>We are looking for partners in the field to receive the Beta versions of this training that has been in Alpha stage development for the past months, and provide us with quality feedback. That way, we can improve what’s already good and move towards releasing the best iteration possible.</li></ul>We would like your feedback on the following:<ul><li>Quality of the content – does the material help solve actual challenges at work?</li><li>Relevance of examples – do the analogies/anecdotes make an interesting point related to the skills developed?</li><li>Assessments – do the assessments provide you with valuable information?</li><li>Quality of the exercises – do the activities help you improve quickly, give you self-awareness or provide a methodology that is easily applicable?</li><li>Engagement – is the training fun and interesting?</li></ul>If you'd like to participate and share your feedback see the schedule below. Please make sure you can attend all four sessions. <h3>Tuesday, June 17th - Session 1</h3><h4>Benchmark Assessment + Elevator Pitch - 10:30-12:30 (EDT)</h4>Participants will take an assessment at the beginning of the program to measure their strengths and areas of improvement before the training. Then, participants will learn how to effectively execute an elevator pitch, crafting a persuasive message they can confidently use to engage prospects. This module serves as an introduction to the entire program, offering a snapshot of the full sales cycle in a one-minute pitch.Key Outcomes:<ul><li>Measure strengths and areas of improvement on the Sales Hike skills</li><li>Craft a pitch that contains a hook to engage the prospect, a line that addresses objections preemptively and a sinker that closes with a commitment</li><li>Realize how preparation and rehearsal helps you connect with your prospect more effectively</li></ul>*BREAK - 12:30-1:00 <h3>Tuesday, June 17th - Session 2</h3><h4>Embracing Rejection - 1:00-2:30 (EDT)</h4>Participants will reflect on how rejection is just as much part of selling as closing the deal. They will focus on the perspectives and mindsets that long-term successful sellers foster in order to protect their well-being even in tough times. They will develop scientifically backed desensitization techniques that help reframe rejection as opportunity.Key Outcomes:<ul><li>Confront and overcome fear of rejection</li><li>Focus on a growth mindset by asking follow-up questions after a “no” and keep trying</li></ul> <h3>Wednesday, June 18th - Session 3</h3><h4>Handling Objections- 10:30-12:00 (EDT)</h4>Participants will develop skills to graciously address objections that may arise after presenting their product or service to a prospect, however skeptic or hostile they may be. They will take the collaborative, instead of the defending, approach after a hard question or objection is thrown at them.Key Outcomes:<ul><li>Refrain from instinctively defend their ideas after an objection has been raised</li><li>Develop the collaborative reactions of Flip back, Flip to an expert and Validate + Pivot</li></ul>*BREAK - 12:00-12:30 <h3>Wednesday, June 18th - Session 4</h3><h4>The Sales Presentation + Summit Assessment- 12:30-2:00 (EDT)</h4>Participants will reflect on the foundational elements of strong preparation and presentation. Participants will learn how to structure a meaningful, client-oriented conversation that delivers valuable information, such as industry trends or relevant statistics and insights, followed by a description of the products or services benefits.Summit: Participants will take an assessment at the end of the program to measure their progress from taking the program.Key Outcomes:<ul><li>Integrate skills and mindsets to present different products/services to colleagues</li><li>Deliver friendly feedback to other colleagues to help them grow</li><li>Measure strengths and areas of improvement on the Sales Hike Skills</li></ul>Cohorts will have limited number of participants to maximize individual experience and interaction <h3>What You'll Need:</h3>1.
