Meet your guide, Ceci Quezada 💃🏻I am a devoted makeup artist with a profound passion for spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. My spiritual journey began during a time when I faced a near-death experience that left me questioning the deeper meaning of life. Unsure of how to proceed, I realized that what I had experienced was something far greater than myself. In 2020, challenging health issues and a significant life transition led me to a path of self-discovery, igniting a deep hunger for healing and growth.This journey brought me to the teachings of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mudras under the guidance of the esteemed Master Akshar, where I earned my certification. Additionally, I ventured into the jungles of Bali to study and become certified in Active Consciousness Meditation and breathwork under Punnu Wasu. Everyone has to register prior to showing up to the workshop as space is limited.There is parking on Standford Ave, Washington Blvd and on the side streets. Venue entrance is on Standford Ave. The workshop will be held upstairs in the open patio. Enter the stairs on side street located before the main entrance of Thrive Health &amp; Wellness Collective.<ul><li>Refrain from eating at least one hour before the workshop.</li></ul> WHAT TO BRING:<ul><li>Dress comfortably</li><li>Bring some water</li><li>Eye sleeping mask or eye cover</li><li>Blanket/Yoga mat</li><li>Meditation pillow</li></ul> While breathwork is a powerful practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.
