What to bring?

Please bring a yoga/ pilates mat to lay on and anything to make yourself a cosy nest ie. blanket, pillow, eyemask.   Water bottle, and if you have booked to use the sauna and cold plunge please bring swimwear and a towel.

What if I have an injury or cannot sit on the floor?

All the energy movements are gentle and intentional, they can be adapted for any injuries.  It is best to be laying down in your cosy nest for the meditations but there will be chairs available for anyone that this is not comfortable for.

Can I attend if I am pregnant?

Yes of course, just bring enough pillows, blankets to make yourself comfortable.  Please let me know in advance to discuss your trimester and modify any of the Qi Gong movements.

What to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable to move and stretch in.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes follow the signs for the carpark around to the hay shed.  Then walk back to the barn located in the yard area.
