Together we create this safe sacred space to check in and  return home to ourselves through journaling and meditation practices.

Writing is a sacred practice to return to ourselves. When we put pen to paper, we get to explore our own truth and gain clarity once again. As we put words down, we can release them from our mind because they are saved upon the paper. It&#x27;s like the pensieve of Dumbledore where he put his thoughts into, always enabling him to come back to them, but not having to carry them inside any longer.Together we create this safe cosy space to come back home to ourselves. We remember our humanity by knowing that everyone is always moving through something. Through journaling and meditation we are checking in and slowing down for this sacred hour we have together.We start with a grounding meditation, then we&#x27;ll write for about half an hour together using journal prompts &amp; deepening questions &amp; lastly there is an opportunity to share and connect with each other (if you feel called to).
