REFUND POLICY: All tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. You may move your reservation to select a later date. New York State law mandates that you may transfer your tickets. Please reply to your reservation confirmation email to make the change. We have posted this across each section

What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

For 'Salome' (Dinner) ticket holders, we recommend you arrive promptly at 7:00PM and  For 'Medusa' (Theater) ticket holders, we recommend arriving by 7:30PM to enjoy the pre-show entertainment, have a cocktail, and find your seat prior to curtain call.

Question 3

What happens if I arrive after 8:15PM?

Accepted Answer

There is no entry permitted after 8:00pm. Late arrivals may be permitted to enter after intermission, dinner tickets will forfeit their food experience.

Question 4

Can I still purchase a dinner ticket if I have dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer alternative options. Please contact our team at reservations@paradiseclub.life prior to confirming your ticket purchase to plan for a modified meal.

Can I still attend MOONRISE if I have sensitivity to light?

Accepted Answer

The show features strobe lights and other intense visuals so it is not recommended. If you have any questions, please contact our team at reservations@paradiseclub.life prior to confirming your ticket purchase so we can determine if the show is suitable to you individually.

Where is the MOONRISE located?

Accepted Answer

MOONRISE is located at Paradise Club, within The Times Square EDITION hotel. Paradise Club is on the 7th floor of the property. The hotel entrance is located on 47th Street, almost to 7th Avenue. There are elevators on the ground level to take you to the 7th floor.
