In an effort to decrease stigma and increase conversation around mental health issues within immigrant communities residing in L A County, we have subtitled this film in both the Russian language and the Persian language to make it more accessible to these two underserved immigrant communities.

Is this the only screening of the movie TRAPPED.?

Accepted Answer

TRAPPED. will have its premiere screening on May 22, 2025 at the Harmony Gold Theater in Hollywood, CA. Additional screenings will be held at at Laemmle Town Center 5 in Encino, CA on May 29, 2025 with Russian Subtitles and on June 5, 2025 with Persian subtitles.

TRAPPED. will be available for viewing on the Cross Cultural Expressions Youtube channel (CCE PRODUCTIONS) starting June 10, 2025.

Is this the only movie produced by Cross Cultural Expressions in Partnership with LA County DMH?

No. This is the third movie CCE and LADMH have produced. You can check out our two other feature films, "Wake Up Sleeping Beauty," and "The Djinn In the Pen" on the CCE Youtube channel, CCE PRODUCTIONS.
