Before the holiday season begins, honor and invest in yourself with an afternoon of mindful self-care that will help you prepare for winter. Join Thriving Mindfully Academy founder Ananda Leeke, a wellness professional, mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, reiki and sound healing practitioner, author, and artist, for a virtual winter retreat.
During the virtual retreat, you will:
- Practice mindful self-care with deep breathing, a centering meditation, and gentle chair yoga
- Learn how to align and manage your energy with the wisdom of the Winter Solstice (December 21st) New Moon, Full Moon, and crystal therapy
- Participate in a sound bath meditation that will help you open your heart to release and forgive
- Reflect on and journal about your 2021: what worked, what did not work, and what got in your way in your life and career
- Set intentions and identify the resources, action steps, and accountability support you need to manifest who you want to be and what you want to manifest in 2022
- Create a self-celebration plan to appreciate your small, medium, and big wins
