Is this a class?

Not technically. While I'm happy to answer questions and provide tips it's not a class in the sense that I'm actively teaching from a lesson plan. Additionally, other photographers are often there and will answer questions as well.

Question 2

Is this event family friendly?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We've had toddlers and young kids come out with their parents and take photos on phones and kids cameras and stay the entire two hours. Plus, it's easy to leave at any time as we're rarely venture very far from the parking area.

Question 3

I have mobility issues can I still participate?

Accepted Answer

Of course! While they're working on adding more accessibility to the park and we do sometimes venture on some less friendly trails I always ask attendees if they're up for it and if not we go elsewhere.

Question 4

Can I show up late?

Accepted Answer

Since we begin right at 9:30 you might not easily find us if you're late. In addition, I often don't hear or feel my phone ringing so I miss calls, texts, and emails when leading the meetup. That said, if you know you'll be late well in advance let me know and  I will help you find us.

Question 5

I need to leave early can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Sure, that's not a problem. We rarely venture too far from the parking area, at the absolute most about 10 minutes walk back. Therefore, you can absolutely come out for part of the time.
