Agenda

For over a decade, Nick Alm, Founder & CEO of Mossier, has been at the crossroads of change. They’ve tried it all — assimilating, protesting, organizing, canvassing, facilitating — with varying degrees of success. But the same old approaches aren’t cutting it anymore.

DEI is stuck between a rock (ineffective initiatives) and a hard place (a Trump-era backlash). Fear and uncertainty have crept into too many of our conversations. It’s time to face that fear — and find the deep courage to take risks alongside trusted peers.
