Do I need to know how to draw?

Journaling is not about making pretty pictures! You do not need to be an artist or know how to draw. We will use a variety of methods to help you capture your observations.

What if it rains?

Come prepared for any weather! The Sanger House Gardens will have some shelter.  The joy of Nature Journaling is your observations can be in any weather.

What ages/level is this workshop?

This workshop is at adult/teenage level. I enjoy spreading the word about Nature Journaling and  will offer workshops for parents and younger children at another time.

Question 5

What supplies do I need to take this class?

Accepted Answer

The workshop includes a free nature journal.  Simple tools are best! I'll send you a supply list of suggested pencils, tape measure, magifying glass/loup, and other ideas.  Sample tools will be available for you to try.
