Do I have to have a ticket to participate?

Accepted Answer

No! Our festivals are open to the public. You are welcome to walk through and take in the tunes at no cost. We will have cash bars, and a-la-carte food sampling available just in case you see something that catches your eye.

Question 2

I bought my ticket in advance, and just saw there's rain in the forecast, can I have a refund?

Accepted Answer

Keystone Festivals and Events are all rain, snow, shine or traffic. Please plan ahead to have the best experience! Leave early, bring a rain jacket, and some sunscreen to guarantee a great time! NO REFUNDS.

Question 3

Will there be food/drink that caters to dietary restrictive diets?

Accepted Answer

Food vendors may have (gf, v, lactose free) food items. Please note that these items are most likely prepared in a kitchen with gluten etc. Keystone Festival Bars usually have a gf option.

Question 4

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Accepted Answer

The festival is FREE to enter for all ages. You are required to show your ID for alcoholic beverages. You will get a stamp at Festival Check-In (located in Warren Station) after your ID is checked.

Question 5

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

Accepted Answer

No sorry. Due to the crowd size and outdoor food booths we ask you leave your pets at home. Working service dogs are allowed with proper documentation.
