This soul food- inspired menu blends fresh ingredients, with rich flavors elements of soul food cooking.In this 90-minute Zoom cooking class, you’ll cook along with Chef Rene. You will begin your culinary adventure by preparing a creamy delicious vegan mac and cheese, vegan African inspired collards greens, vegan take you back down memory lane meatlloaf that is savory and full of soul , finish strong with the best vegan cornbread you ever bit into.Once you register, you’ll receive an email from Chef Rene including the class recipes, kitchen tools needed, and prep ahead homework.
