E-mail Devin at devin@hollowleg.com to purchase tickets directly!***This fun, virtual class will introduce folks to the science + art behind mixology.During this class, we&#x27;ll be creating two cocktails together on screen (they will be HOLLOW LEG originals, the ingredients you&#x27;ll need to purchase won&#x27;t exceed $20, and you can choose the alcohol you&#x27;d like to mix with! I&#x27;ll definitely give some suggestions, but whatever you&#x27;re working with at home is fine ;o)).Think of me as your Cocktail Sherpa, getting you to the top of Cocktail Mountain!I&#x27;ll walk you through understanding mixology in its most basic form: dilution &amp; temperature; the science of taste (including trigeminal effects); and the basics you&#x27;ll need at home in order to create cocktails including what tools to buy + how they function; an intro to the four major categories of liquor; the science of bitters/tinctures; and more!I&#x27;ll also send out an educational PDF booklet folks can reference in the future. As always, I&#x27;ll also spend time fielding questions about what you&#x27;d like to know!Once you sign up, I&#x27;ll send you a Meeting ID and Password for our Zoom Class!Please note that 1 ticket = 1 person.
