Hiring Session

This event is for newly hired staff.

Prior to your hiring session, you will be receiving an email from employment.authorizations@universityofcalifornia.edu. This email will prompt you to begin the employment verification process (I-9). Please complete section one of the I-9, along with the other information needed before your hiring session.

On the day of your hiring session, please be sure to bring proof of eligibility for employment for verification. Only original documents are accepted. No photocopies, screenshots, or photos are permitted.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR I-9 DOCUMENTS WITH YOU. We are unable to complete your hiring without them and will be asked to re-schedule. For a list of acceptable documents please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents

Location: JOHN WOODEN CENTER 2131 John Wooden center, Los Angeles, CA 90095. Room Location will be provided in email before your hiring session date.
