What is Southern fresh fusion?

Southern Fresh Fusion is our interpretation of Southern-style cuisine, prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients to deliver a mindful tasting experience. Guests can expect warm inviting flavors, and a thoughtfully curated menu that changes with the season.

Question 3

Is it 1 ticket per person?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Each ticket is one seat.  You can purchase a seat at the Chef's table, or you can purchase a standing room only seat, which is  a separate dining table from the Chef's table.  The same 4-course meal is served.  Children under 10 do not need a ticket.

Who is Chef Delvin Williams

Born in Charleston, South Carolina Chef had a love for  food early. Refining his craft at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City helped blend his Southern roots with world-class training.  Chef Delvin brings a unique fusion of tradition, creativity, and modern technique to every bite.

What is the Chef's table vs the standing room only ticket?

Chef's Table Ticket: An exclusive seat directly at the chef's table, where you'll be up close as the chef prepares each course right in front of you.

Standing Room Only Ticket: These tickets provide access to our main dining table, with both standing and limited seating available.

Question 6

Kid 1-10 are FREE?

Accepted Answer

We have a kid's table where we offer kid bites.  This event we will offer organic chicken nuggets and organic sweet potato fries and broccoli smash as kids' plate for the event.  These meals are included with the adult plate if you bring your child along.
