An event to guide you to live life with intention and discernment, to create alignment and purpose to your choices in life.

Being in alignment with yourself means knowing what you value and what is most important to you. It means being clear on your principles, your vision, your limiting beliefs, the roles you play in your life, and listening to the voice in your heart that always guides you to your truth.

There's no doubt that we've been tested in every way in 2020. By "staying" put most of the year, we're being asked to 'come home' to ourselves, to what matters most to us, and to practice discernment in our choices. But what compass do we use to make choices? What have we discovered about what really matters most to us? What really captures our attention and brings us true joy? What did we weep for? What did we long for?
This year's Living Life on Purpose journey is an extraordinary two days of online sessions exploring together, what it means to live life with conscious intention, purpose and choice. It has been adjusted to give us some support in answering the questions we've been sitting with all year. THE SESSIONS The sessions are designed to walk the group through 11 thought provoking questions that allow greater understanding of what it means to be aligned and in integrity with oneself and/or one's work. Through reflection, coaching, small group and large group discussions, breakouts, encouraged walks in nature (wherever you are!) including time outside, each person walks away with a plan. This one page, consolidated plan consists of:

A reflection on 2020's greatest learnings for you

A compass that helps you discern where to invest your time, talent, energy, attention and money

Your top values and understanding of their importance in your life

The roles you play and identification of the most prominent role in your life this coming year

Goals and intentions for each role

Old and New beliefs to change patterns of limiting beliefs

A deep assessment of how you’re spending your resources and an opportunity to re-architect your allotment

Identification of a posse of people to support in times of need

All of this is tracked in a workbook that guides you through the process and captures every reflection, question, answer, vision and idea. Participants walk away with the clarity of what is truly important to them and a road map on how to cut out the noise and distractions. They have new discernment skills on how to use their energy and talent to focus on alignment and purpose. There is so much more we can say! To learn more about the program, our approach, the coaches, etc, please visit https://www.livinglifeonpurpose.design.
THE DETAILS
Timing: Day one starts online at 7:00 am Pacific time and ends around 1:00pm. Day two starts at 7:00 am Pacific time and ends by 1:00 pm. We ask that everyone be respectful of these timings as the process requires 11 steps and it takes the full amount of time to finish all steps. There will be plenty of breaks. You will not be staring passively at a video screen but instead engaged in reflection, responding to questions in the workbook, engaging in dialogue with other participants, and hopefully taking a walk or two.As we get closer to the date, we may schedule an optional meet and greet online for the Friday night to meet our fellow participants and drop in together. We will keep you posted.Pricing: this program, since its creation over 15 years ago, has been a labor of love. Often, we have been self-funded the experiences . It's most important to us that anyone that is willing to show up and do the work, has access to the retreat. We are experimenting with a gift economy model that allows anyone to attend no matter what they can or cannot afford. Those that can afford full price are helping create scholarship spots for those in need, a portion of your full price ticket contributes to a scholarship. If you want to attend but can't quite cut the entire ticket price, please don't let that prevent you from attending. Just talk to us. We want to help get you there. Fill out this form to let us know. We will review your form submission, and send you a discount code for your registration. We will do everything we can to get you there if this is a good fit for you.Important Information: Online retreats can be challenging to ensure you create a space in your everyday environment to really drop into the experience. We encourage you to share with anyone you may live with, your timings and any requests you have for support. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during our sessions. At times, we will invite you to get outside (if possible) for some time in nature - whatever may be around you including just getting outside where you are and looking up at the sky. This connection to the nature around you expands the intuitive process of tapping into what's really wanting to be noticed by and for you. Please take all safety precautions for this part of the program. Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that people have to cancel. We have found that as soon as people register for the session, the work actually starts. It sends a signal to our deeper self that we care, we want to listen, and we want to be in alignment. Pay attention to any distractions that want to lure you away from doing this work. We encourage you to be super sensitive to cancelling. Notice why you want to cancel; are you potentially shutting down an opening that was ready for exploration? Do you have a hard time putting yourself first and are afraid? That said, we do understand that extenuating circumstances come up! Sometimes cancelling has to be done. We are here to serve and we believe in our mission. When we live our life on purpose, we take responsibility for sharing our best self and we become more somatically intelligent (another way of saying in tune with our inner wisdom and knowing)... When we're more somatically intelligent, we can contribute in the most beneficial and beautiful ways. Our lives, our family, our community, our organizations, all flourish because of it. We would be honored to work with you on your journey to living life on purpose! If you can't make this session, please sign up for alerts for future sessions https://www.thesoulpurpose.com/llop/
