With a global perspectiveshaped by early roles in education, marketing, and strategic partnerships,Alexis is passionate about creating spaces where all individuals—especially those from marginalized communities—feel seen, heard, and empowered. She also serves on the Leadership Council for The Posse Foundation, the Governing Board of Pro Sports Assembly, and the People’s United Young Atlanta Leaders Council. A dynamic connector and advocate, Alexis was named a 2025 MVP by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metro Atlanta Chapter.

Rachel Ooms, Executive Client Director, CrossmediaRachel Ooms is an advertising leader with over two decades of experience driving demand and sales for top consumer brands. She has managed accounts with hundreds of millions in annual media spend, shaping strategies for brands like American Cancer Society, Newell Brands, Cricket Wireless, Cox Automotive, Maybelline, and Wellstar Healthcare System.Known for her dynamic leadership, Rachel has built high-performing, inclusive teams at agencies such as Hearts &amp; Science, 360i, and 22squared. A trailblazer in her field, she thrives on innovation, fosters strong organizational cultures, and isn’t afraid to shake things up—glitter bomb included.

Christofer Peterson, Chief People Officer, ChemistryChristofer Peterson is a passionate advocate for elevating the ‘human’ in human resources, with a 20-year career spanning advertising agencies, start-ups, and global corporations. She specializes in executive leadership, talent strategy, and cultural transformation, helping organizations build inclusive and high-performing workplaces. Christofer has held leadership roles at top agencies, including Hearts &amp; Science, an Omnicom Media Group agency.

Alana Leverette, Director of Marketing, NielsenAlana Leverette is a marketing strategist with two decades of experience driving impactful B2B and B2C initiatives. As a leader in brand strategy and digital marketing, she has helped entrepreneurs, small businesses, and Fortune 100 companies bring their creative visions to life. Before joining Nielsen, Alana held key marketing roles at Warner Bros. Discovery and Comcast NBCUniversal, shaping innovative campaigns in the healthcare and telecommunications industries. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she serves on the executive board of The A Pledge and is dedicated to mentorship and people development.
