Keep Indiana Learning is the professional development team of the Central Indiana Educational Service Center.  W﻿e are a non-profit service organization dedicated to creating high-quality professional learning events for educators, leaders, and industry professionals.

Our affinity group provides a supportive environment to address issues surrounding MLLs, share best practices, and build community.

Leaders of multilingual learners work in many roles and often face unique challenges and experiences. Our affinity group provides a safe and supportive environment to address these issues, share best practices, and build a sense of community.&nbsp; Each session will focus on a pressing need for the group, and provide a platform to discuss ideas and policies as well as share resources.&nbsp; Our group will focus on discussion questions and challenging issues the communities pose, which we will discuss in breakout groups.Some possible topics include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Professional development&nbsp;</li><li>Mentorship&nbsp;</li><li>Emotional support</li><li>Advocacy</li></ul> Please note that participants wishing to attend multiple dates will need to register for each date separately.
