This workshop is for anyone experiencing core weakness or pelvic floor symptoms — whether you're pregnant, postpartum (even years later), active at the gym, or just tired of dealing with leaks. All genders and fitness levels are welcome.

Do I have to be postpartum or pregnant to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. While we’ll talk about pregnancy and postpartum recovery, the information and support we’re offering is valuable for anyone dealing with core or pelvic floor challenges — at any stage of life.

Is this event really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This workshop is completely free. We’re offering it as a way to give back to the community and raise awareness about pelvic health.
