This Friday evening workshop combines guided meditation, a gentle acupuncture treatment, breathwork, and sound frequencies. Together, these practices open the body to the healing power of meditative sound, creating a sanctuary for rest, rejuvenation, and balance. The acupuncture treatment is specifically designed to support deep relaxation and restore inner equilibrium, allowing you to unwind and release the tension of the week. As you leave, you’ll feel peaceful, rejuvenated, and filled with bliss—ready to step into the weekend restored and recharged.Please bring:<ul><li>a yoga mat</li><li>props for comfort i.e. bolster, blankets, eye mask, small pillow</li><li>water bottle</li></ul> We will be meeting in the Forest Room at Hanai Center.
