About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

How we connect is how we lead.

This immersive workshop is designed specifically for women business owners who are ready to deepen their self awareness and elevate their leadership and business relationships.

Rooted in the principles of attachment theory, this experience will help you explore how your early emotional patterns influence the way you relate to yourself, your personal relationships, and how you relate to your team, clients, and business as a whole.

In this workshop, you will:

❧ Identify your attachment style

❧ Explore how attachment patterns show up in your relationships, leadership, decision- making, and conflict

❧ Learn strategies to build strong, resilient relationships at home and in the workplace

❧ Cultivate deeper self-trust, understanding, and emotional agility

❧ Connect with other women leaders on a similar journey

Open to C615 members (email Alli for your discount code) and the public. Attendance is limited to 15 for a true small-group style session.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Dr. Lauryn Gilliam is a licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of Integrapy, Inc. and 5 Sense Living where she bridges the worlds of mental health and entrepreneurship. Trained in systems thinking, as well as a business owner herself, Lauryn brings a unique perspective to the emotional dynamics of leadership, relationships and business.

Her experience as both a clinician and business owner allows her to understand the invisible forces that shape how women lead, connect, and thrive. Through her work, she empowers women entrepreneurs to navigate complex systems--within themselves and their businesses--with emotional integrity.

In her private practice she focuses on mindfulness with her clients, helping them learn how to focus on the present moment using all 5 senses in order to be the best version of themselves for themselves, and in their relationships, both personally and professionally. Being rooted in today is a gift that encourages growth and a fruitful tomorrow!

This workshop takes place in the Dolly Conference Room at Collective 615 and includes free parking at L&L Market (do not scan the sign outside, scan the code inside our space) as well as complimentary light bites and beverages. Bring your journal or note-taking device and get ready for an insightful, empowering session with C615 Emerald Circle member Dr. Lauryn Gilliam.
