What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Tickets are transferable and make great gifts. If you need to switch sessions due to a conflict, please contact us at contact@phillytastefest.com to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate.

Bring your group of 10 or more and receive a discounted price. This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays and work team events. Email hello@phillytastefest.com to book your group today.

We cannot accommodate or guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc
