How to Use Star Trackers and Edit your Tracked Astrophotography Images

Mike Pach, owner of 3 Peaks Photography & Design, is an award-winning photographer with more than 30 years of experience in photography. He is the founder of the Colorado Photography Learning Group and has been teaching photography and Photoshop classes since 2007. Mike is the host of The Photo Show and 3rd Groove on KCMJ 93.9 FM and the curator of the Plaza of the Rockies Lobby Gallery. He is an avid outdoorsman who is knowledgeable of many of the best locations for photography in Colorado. Mike is a member of Canon Professional Services, the Pikes Peak Outdoor Recreation Alliance and the Pikes Peak Arts Council. He has lived in Colorado since 1996 and enjoys showing people the best of what Colorado has to offer.

This online lecture will provide an overview of how to use a star tracker for astrophotography and how to edit your tracked images.

<p>This event is hosted in conjunction with International Dark Sky Week. Move Shoot Move ambassador, Mike Pach of 3 Peaks Photography, will demonstrate how to use star trackers for astrophotography and offer tips for best results. Mike will show you how to edit and blend your sky and foreground images to create stunning nightscapes. There will also be some giveaways from Move Shoot Move.</p>
