Arrival & Welcome

Understanding different types of light and lighting techniques and learn how these can affect mood, aesthetics and functionality.

The Principles of Lighting Design 

In small groups you'll get to design your own lighting plan for an interior space

Interactive Exercise: Layering Light for Impact

Coffee Break

An introduction to the benefits of lighting control & live demonstration of the Experience Centre. We'll cover the basics of scene design and the key principles of simple to use lighting control.

The Power of Lighting Control

Work in small groups to create and test different lighting moods, experimenting with dimming, colour temperature, and automation.

Hands-on Exercise: Creating Custom Lighting Scenes

An opportunity to network with industry peers.

Lunch

Presentation & review of lighting plans from group exercises, plus we'll review the real life case study example.

Bringing It All Together: Design Meets Control

We'll finish with an open discussion between industry experts and peers.
