Healing Your Shadow Self Class One: Healing yourself from the inside out

I teach Reiki I, II, and III in addition to providing Reiki healing sessions and Reiki Shares. I teach Tarot and Oracle card readings and provide certification.  In addition to Witchcraft classes.

This is a 12 part class that will be held once a month.  During class we will discuss our inner shadows and how to heal.

Everyone has an inner shadow self. This is your impulsive, wounded, sad, traumatized, or isolated self that we tend to ignore. During this work shop we will look deep into revealing our shadow self. You will get a hand out that will contain a worksheet. I recommend getting a journal to write you thoughts for the exercises that you get on your worksheet. Each month in 2021 there will be a one hour class with a handout and worksheet for you to tackle your shadow self to work through any healing that you may need in your life.
