Otis is an entrepreneur, inventor, author, and retired Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of service in the U.S. Army. A seasoned strategist and operator, he’s passionate about helping others lead with clarity and purpose.Otis brings deep experience in business development and operational leadership, having served as Chief Strategy Officer and Business Development Director for multi-million-dollar programs across construction, training, and IT. Today, he helps build high-performing teams and scalable businesses by providing fractional COO support through his firm, Tribe + Purpose—founded to fulfill his mission of developing the next generation of impactful leaders.He’s also a podcast host, leadership mentor, and proud father of three. Otis lives in Colorado with his wife, where he continues to lead from the front—on and off the mic.
