Brainspotting Phase 1 provided for people in the Midwest who want to both learn Brainspotting and train with others from the Midwest

<h2></h2><h3>Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of challenging symptoms. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with BioLateral sound, which is deep, direct, powerful yet focused and containing.</h3><h3>Through lecture, live demonstration and small group practice participants will learn to do the following:</h3><ul><li><h3>Define the components of Brainspotting</h3></li><li><h3>Utilize the techniques of “Inside window”, “Outside window” and</h3></li></ul><h3>“Gazespotting”</h3><ul><li><h3>Define how Brainspotting can be applied to Trauma, Dissociation, Sports</h3></li></ul><h3>psychology, Somatic conditions</h3><ul><li><h3>Demonstrate the theories and practices of Brainspotting</h3></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>This training is online. Fortunately, we have found that this is a way to keep people protected during Covid-19 and provide Brainspotting training in a time that it is so needed. Online trainings have been found to be unique opportunity to train in an environment that allows for convenience of not having to travel, but equally learning the core concepts of Brainspotting in an online setting.</strong></p><p><strong>To help deepen the training experience, we will offer 3 FREE follow up group Zoom Consultation sessions 30, 60 and 90 days after the training to help follow up with the training and increase competency with Phase 1 skills acquisition.  It is also highly recommended to do 1:1 consultation with a Brainspotting trainer or consultant to both work toward certification and/or improve your development with Brainspotting.</strong></p><p></p><p><em><strong>Brainspotting Trainers Info:</strong></em></p><p><strong>Jeff Ryan LPC,CSAC  </strong>is a Brainspotting (BSP) consultant and trainer from Wisconsin. He is the owner of Advanced Counseling and Consulting Services in Neenah, WI where he provides direct clinical services and consultation. Along with doing Phase 1 and 2 BSP trainings, he has created an advanced BSP training for working with addictions. </p><p><strong>Steve Sawyer</strong>  <strong>LCSW,CSAC </strong>is a highly expereinced clinician and trainer with a wide span of experience in settings spanning Outpatient, Residential, School and Wilderness therapeutic rhealms. He is the Chief Clinical trainer for Calo Programs group of ten residential treatment settings. Attendance will be kept by training facilitators which will be submitted to RCassidy for proof of training. Failure to attend the entire course will result in the inability to certify CEs for the training.</h3>
