Do I need to bring my own materials for the ritual toolkit?

As this is a virtual workshop, please bring your own supplies; including items like calming herbs, grounding scents, writing tools, and a beautiful container to create your own personalized toolkit. If you have items you’d like to include (stones, charms, oils), feel free to bring them.

I’m not spiritual—will I still benefit from this workshop?

Absolutely. The workshop is grounded in mindfulness and intentional self-care practices that are inclusive and adaptable, regardless of spiritual beliefs. It’s about finding what helps you feel restored and aligned.

What if I don’t have time for self-care in my current schedule?

Accepted Answer

That’s exactly why this space exists. You’ll learn realistic, time-conscious rituals that can be done in just a few minutes a day. This workshop helps you shift the mindset from self-care being a luxury to it being a non-negotiable form of sustainability.

Will this workshop feel like group therapy?

Accepted Answer

Not quite—though it will be warm, open, and supportive. While sharing is encouraged, it’s never required. There will be opportunities for journaling, reflection, and light discussion, but no pressure to go deep unless you feel called.

Can I use any of these rituals with my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Many of the practices we explore can be adapted for your clients during prenatal visits, postpartum care, or closing ceremonies. You’ll leave with ideas to support your clients’ healing as well as your own.
