Q Rooftop is usually 21 and over after 7PM. Will you allow underage guests to the Derby Party?

Accepted Answer

We will permit guests under 21 before 7PM. Those over 21+ will need a wristband from our host on the first floor to be able to order alcoholic beverages.

Question 2

Will the event be canceled in the case of rain?

Accepted Answer

If there is inclement weather forecasted, we will shift the party to the Lobby Bar! Guests will be alerted via email if this change is made.

Question 3

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We are allowing automatic refunds up until 7 days before the event. Within 48 hours of the event, we will not be refunding tickets. Tickets can be transferrable to another guest.
