What platform is used for the class?

I have never done yoga before, will I be completely lost?

Nope! For online flows that are beginner-friendly such as this one, I use a lot of cues to explain exactly what we are doing with our bodies as opposed to just naming poses to transition into. The poses in this flow are also nothing advanced (no arm balances, handstands, or headstands, etc.)

I have an injury but I'm not sure how to favor it in yoga. What should I do?

Feel free to let me know about your physical ailment prior to the class and I will firstly let you know what moves you should avoid or adjust, and then I will mention any adjustments to be made during the class.
