Welcome to Mental Health Family Fitness Day!Come join us at Lake Arbor Community Center for a day of fitness and fun for the whole family. Organized by the <a href="https://www.ncbwpgc.net" title="https://www.ncbwpgc.net" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Prince George's County Chapter</a> with support from <a href="https://www.luminishealth.org/en" title="https://www.luminishealth.org/en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Luminis Health</a>, this event is all about promoting mental health and wellness. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your mental health and to learn about resources within Prince George's County and the vicinity. There will be door prizes, swag bags, a therapeutic walking trail, meditation sound spa, exercise bootcamp, yoga and more.
