Entrepreneurs: Are You on your To-Do-List? Join us for a workshop focused on work/life balance for busy entrepreneurs. Identify the areas of your life that need more attention for ensuring your mental health and wellness are in balance with the demands of life, relationships, and commitments. Learn the importance of self-care and the areas that can be strengthened. Gain knowledge and resources that will empower and energize you to prioritize yourself for ensuring you are on the list. Don't miss out as we celebrate National Mental Health Awareness Month and highlight the importance of mental health for entrepreneurs. Workshop Overview:1. Identifying Areas of Life That Need AttentionAs an entrepreneur, you're always on the go. But sometimes, you may not realize which areas of your life are being neglected. During this workshop, we will guide you through a self-reflection exercise to:• Pinpoint the specific areas where you're feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin.• Understand how your work/life imbalance could be affecting your mental health, physical health, and relationships.• Develop an awareness of where changes can be made so you can begin to prioritize what truly matters. 2. Balancing Mental Health and Wellness with Life DemandsMental health is often one of the first things neglected when balancing the demands of entrepreneurship. Yet, it’s essential for sustaining your success in the long term. In this section, we will:• Discuss the common challenges entrepreneurs face in balancing mental health with their workload.• Explore the concept of mental wellness and why it's crucial to make it a priority.• Share strategies for establishing boundaries between work and personal life, and practical tools for de-stressing. 3. The Importance of Self-Care and Strengthening ItSelf-care is often misunderstood as a luxury, but it's a necessity, especially for entrepreneurs. In this session, you will learn:• How self-care directly impacts your ability to perform at your best in both business and life.• Key self-care practices that fit into even the busiest of schedules—whether it's physical activity, meditation, or creative outlets.• Ways to incorporate self-care routines into your daily life, and how to make them non-negotiable. 4. Gaining Knowledge &amp; Resources to Empower YourselfThis workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to create lasting change. We will:• Share proven strategies and resources for work/life balance that can be implemented immediately.• Provide a curated list of tools (apps, books, and techniques) to help manage time, set boundaries, and reduce stress.• Offer tips on how to stay consistent with your mental health and wellness practices over time. 5. Empowering You to Prioritize YourselfYou can’t pour from an empty cup. By the end of this workshop, you will feel empowered and energized to:• Recognize the value in taking time for yourself and how it contributes to long-term success.• Implement action plans for balancing your work and personal life in a healthier, more sustainable way.• Put yourself on the list, making sure you're just as important as the demands of your business, your team, and your commitments. Presenter Bio:Dr. Trinaa' Copeland While many believe that their purpose lies in titles, position and monetary gain, she knows that her purpose is found in recreating and refining people. Serving as a catalyst of change for people who, many times, are at their darkest hour, Dr. Trinaa’ L. Copeland is best known for her ability to walk others through the pain of their past so they can excel in their future. Working through a number of different facets and platforms, Dr. Copeland works diligently to engage, counsel and teach clientele to push past their immediate problems, allowing them to evolve into a better version of themselves.Practicing as a counselor for more than 20 years, Dr. Copeland’s unique strategy of combining faith-based counseling with mental health treatment has transformed the lives of individuals, couples and small groups alike. After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies at Western Michigan University, Dr. Copeland went on to complete her doctoral studies at Walden University.Besides publishing her dissertation, as well as presenting her research and findings at counseling conferences, she is also working on her blog, The Mommy Chronicles, which will eventually be a book. Realizing that her clientele may not value or appreciate the process of healing while it’s yet taking place, when that process is complete, they are sure to see tangible results of self-improvement and personal growth in all areas of life. They also establish a relationship with a non-judgmental confidant who will walk them through the process of change and support them continually on the other side.Whereas many may see counseling as just another appointment or a temporary assignment, Dr. Copeland empowers her clientele to live a life of fulfillment and purpose—reminding them that they can live their best life when they continually require more of themselves and those around them.
