The Youth Mental Health First Aid Course is a nationally recognized certification course that:
- Teaches the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health challenges common among adolescents, ages 12 to 18
- Offers a 5-step action plan that equips adults to help youth experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis
- De-stigmatizes mental issues so youth receive the help they need at the earliest possible time.
This course is designed for adults who regularly interact with adolescents, including teachers, first responders, coaches, parents, or any caring adult.
