Is there reserved seating at Cowtown Unplugged?

Accepted Answer

Reserved seating is not available. All seating is first come first serve. Platinum package holders will receive early entrance to the venue in order to choose their seat before other package holders.

What time does Cowtown Unplugged start?

Accepted Answer

Wristbands (for single tickets, Silver and Gold Package holders) and lanyards (for Platinum package holders) will be available for pickup at the 2nd floor registration desk at 5 PM.
The pre-show cocktail reception begins at 6:30 PM. Dinner for the VIP Platinum Package holders begins at  5:30 PM.

Will there be drinks available for sale at Cowtown Unplugged?

Accepted Answer

Beverages will be available for purchase through a cash bar prior to and during the show. There will be two bars outside of the ballroom for the entire duration of the concert.

Will there be food at Cowtown Unplugged?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on which package you book.
A pre-show cocktail reception with cash bar and light snacks will be available to everyone before the show starting at 6:30 PM.
The Cowtown Unplugged Platinum Package includes dinner before the show at 5:30 PM.
