Harriet’s Daughters invites policy and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors to participate in a Master Class focused on building and protecting inclusion programs that are legally sound and politically sustainable. This session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and guidance needed to navigate legal complexities and develop robust, sustainable inclusion strategies that can withstand legal challenges. Suggested attendees include corporate and general counsels, elected officials, and professionals involved in policy development and advising.


ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Sherry J. Williams

Ms. Williams brings more than 30 years of experience in management consulting, advising clients across local, national, and global sectors. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing inclusive, legally sound program models in the areas of education, workforce development, procurement, and business growth. A recognized thought leader, she offers strategic guidance on the use of disparity studies and the interpretation and application of U.S. Supreme Court rulings impacting diversity initiatives—particularly in light of Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and recent federal executive orders. Ms. Williams is known for her ability to help clients navigate complex legal, policy, and community landscapes with clarity and precision.

Ms. Williams holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and a JD from Emory University.
