Celebrate world Tai Chi and Qigong Day with a free demo and lesson in McMinnville, Oregon!

1700 SW Old Sheridan Rd

This event will start with a Tai Chi demonstration at 10 am. There will be a free lesson for beginners right after, around 10:15 am.What you will learn: gentle Tai Chi and Qigong movements designed to release stress and improve strength and balance. Well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.Location: McMinnville Grange (1700 SW Old Sheridan Rd), upstairsMore details (what to wear, where to meet, etc.) will be provided after registration.
