Mother’s Glow is your time to unwind, recharge, and step into your divine radiance. Through gentle yoga, soothing sound healing, and intentional moments of gratitude, this experience is designed to leave you feeling nourished, empowered, and glowing from the inside out—just in time for Mother’s Day Flow of Events 💖 🕕 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM Welcome &amp; Check-In• Light refreshments availableDoors will open 5:45 PM and close by 6:15 PM 🕕 6:15 PM – 6:50 PM Gentle Heart-Opening Yoga Flow• Slow, intentional movement focused on gratitude and self-love• Breathwork to promote relaxation and connection 🕕 6:50 PM – 7:20 PM Sound Bath Healing Session• Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft drum• Guided meditation for relaxation and emotional release• Moments of silence to allow full integration of the experience 🕕 7:20 PM - 7:30 PM – Closing Circle &amp; Gratitude• Short gratitude circle and optional affirmations• Group Photo• Time for socializing, photos, and connection 🕕 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM – Tea Workshop &amp; Goodie Bag DistributionTea Bar by The Heal StateAs part of your glow-up experience, enjoy a special tea-making station in collaboration with The Heal State. Guided by a registered nurse who specializes in holistic and organic catering. You’ll have the opportunity to handcraft your own herbal tea blend from a variety of healing ingredients. Fill your tea sachet with intention and take it home to brew whenever your soul needs a little extra care. Mommy Goodie Bags : self-care items from aromatherapy to relaxation tools, and a few other surprises. ✨
