No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Click here to join today.</a></p><h2>Contemplative Photography: Past, Present, and Future</h2><p>Domains: Creative Expression, Contemplative Practice, Collective Action</p><p>Winter provides stillness for looking back as well as forward. It’s common to take time to look back on special days, experiences, and moments but also hold to the hope of Spring to come.  In this session of Contemplative Photography, we’ll spend time with each of those areas.  We’ll spend two weeks looking back in our lives as individuals and in our interconnectedness as people, then take a week reflecting on the present time of where we find ourselves, and then a week looking into where we find hope for the new season to come.</p><p>If you have participated in this before, feel free to jump in again. We’ll do some review of basics in the first session but we will be digging deep throughout.</p><p>Edward Goode is an ordained Presbyterian minister and a passionate photographer. Over the last five years, photography has been the primary tool for his personal spiritual growth as he has explored many different texts and also used his photography as a spiritual discipline.
